Pop-Up Weddings are fully planned even before your consultation! These beautiful and easy ceremonies take place within a very short amount of planning time because it is all ready to go!

Perfect for a couple with a modest guest count of their ten nearest and dearest. See below what's included with this package. Additional options and upgrades are available upon request.

  • Site Location: Choose from our list of different stunningly iconically Vancouver-esque outdoor locations.

  • Consultation: For our pop-up package, we offer a couples' consultation, so that we have a chance to hear your story and get to know you as a couple! This will help us create the perfect day around just the two of you. Need more than one consultation? No problem, just ask!

  • Day of Coordinator: We will assign a coordinator to be there on the day of your wedding to ensure everything is taken care of for a stress free day.

  • Ceremony Music: We will take care of the music for you when you walk down the aisle to your choice of songs. Live music is available upon request.

  • Decor: We will provide an archway, a signing table for your marriage certificate, aisle decor, as well as ten folding chairs for your ceremony. You will have the opportunity to add more decor if you wish!

  • Officiant: We will have our non restricted officiant preform your wedding ceremony. Your preferences of any customizations to the ceremony script will be top priority as well as an opportunity to express any personalized vows.

  • Photographer: A wedding photographer will be there to take photos of your wedding ceremony. Videography is available upon request.

  • Transportation: A town car will be awaiting you on your special day to ensure your on-time arrival.

  • Floral: A twelve stem rose bridal bouquet and a matching boutonniere will be provided in a colour of your choice.

  • Cocktail Reception: Hors D'oeuvres, Champagne and Cake for ten will be provided following the ceremony.
