Where is Your Store Located?
Our store is currently online only. We anticipate a brick & mortar shop in 2022!
How Often Do You Get New Products?
New products are available when vendors send them to us.
Can I Just Buy Directly from the Vendor?
Of course! We encourage you to check out our vendors websites and other products that we may not have listed here!
Can You Ship Outside of Canada?
We can definitely look into this. It does depend on where you are located. Contact Us and we will try our best to get you our product.
Do You Only Sell Canadian Products?
We are a Canadian company and love to support our country. That being said, we do have plans to sell internationally in the future. If you have an amazing product you know of or that you want to sell, tell us about it!
How Do You Handle Returns?
Returns are based on the vendors discretion. If you have an item you are wishing to return, please contact us and we will approach the appropriate personnel in regards to your concern.
Can I Buy a Gift?
Yes! If you would like to purchase a gift for a couple that is booked with us or for someone else, just send us an email and we will have it gift wrapped and shipped to your recipient.
What About Custom Orders?
Most of our vendors do offer custom orders! Let us know what you are wanting and we can make it happen.
